Nukia Lumia 900 facebook notifications?

I just got the Nokia Lumia 900 and have the Facebook app.How do I get the Facebook app to give me notifications on my phone(like when I get a message or friend request or a normal notification from Facebook)? Thanks to whoever helps me!

the nice thing about the lumia 900 is its deep facebook integration
pin the facebook app to your homescreen so when someone messages you or you get a normal notification you get to see a number on the app
