Is it bad I hate my Aunt?

So not too long ago, I posted in a depression group on Facebook, and I was venting about stuff. I said some private things about my family, and apparently the person that made the group thought it would be nice to make it an open group. So my Aunt saw it and messaged me, asking if I was alright and such. I panicked and deleted the post and left the group, and then she just called my mom and told her everything. The part that upsets me is that she didn't even give me the option to tell my mom myself. She told her, and I think that just made it worse. I know I shouldn't hold a grudge but it pissed me off so much. What do you guys think?

Let it go, mate! She is concerned about your welfare and thought she should tell your ma about it. It's alright to be pissed, but she may have had your best intentions in mind.

Yeah that wasnt nice at all...at the same time though I dont know what you posted so it might have been good you aunt did what she did
