How to create Instagram account via pc?

I know there's a program called BlueStacks but i tried creating a account & it came up with something like: Upgrade the instagram app from the play store... but i can't find the play store on that program..

Any help is appreciated

Anonymous, i just tried that but i still get the same message, "Your version of instagram is out of date. Please upgrade your app in the play store to sign up for instagram."

u have to download instagram.apk from google then you have to some procedure to make it in to bluestack.

nstall the Bluestacks software for your windows. After this download Instagram app for Android/iPhone and double click the .apk file. This will auto install itself on Bluestacks.
2Open Bluestack library and launch the Instagram app. Login using your Instagram user ID and password. If you don't have an account then you can sign up through Instagram app.

Tadaa! The Sign Up for Instagram.
3Congratulations! You can now use Instagram on your PC.
