How do you upload photos form PC to instagram?

I am wondering how you upload photos onto Instragram from PC.

As far as I know of you can't. You can move it to your phone that has instagram in it
its like a policy that they made. Its the same for Vines and stuff although they are starting to open up due to instagram vines

1. Download and Install Gramblr here: http://gramblr.com/uploader/
Gramblr currently supports Windows (XP, Vista, 7,8) and Mac OSX.

2. To start uploading photos, your photos must be saved as “.jpg” files and edited beforehand to Gramblr’s photo size requirement of 650 px by 650 px.

3. Sign in to Instagram using your Instagram account information.

4. Choose the photo you would like to upload and hit “Upload”.

5. Add a caption to the photo and click “Save Caption”.

6. Gramblr will provide links to share your uploaded photo via Direct Link, Web Link, HTML Code, Forum BBC Code, and the ability to share your photo on Facebook and Twitter.

You can not upload them straight to Instagram from your computer. If you have an iphone this is what you do- connect your phone to your computer and go into iTunes. Then go into where you make all of then changes to your phone (putting music on etc.) somewhere at the top it will say "photos" I believe. You click photos and then you select the folder the photos are in and apply the changes. Tuhh duuhhh but if you don't have an iphone...my bad.
