Is my ex-boyfriend lonely now? (quick question)?

We broke up because he moved. Now he's posting lonely photos on facebook and doesn't seem to be doing much. We haven't spoken.

examples:
every weekend he posts a photo of some lonely event he did. Like a jog by himself
he changed his profile picture to some weird photo of his glory days

It sure seems like he is lonely now. He may play it off that he likes being single, but most guys would prefer to have a girl. You must of been very important to him. Seems like he might be missing you.
