Can people know your looking at their profile on facebook?
I've just heard that there is an option on facebook where you can check which friends open your profile mostly. You forward something and click ctrl and f4, it goes something like that. Is this true?

the only way people can know that you were looking at their profile is by using an application specified in doing so. There is already one

No there is no option on facebook which tells you or any other person that how many times a profile is visited. Facebook don't have any features which shows profile visitors or recent profile visitors.
