plz help i can't connect to youtube.com or twitter.com?

i had this problem for 3 days, when i open youtube.com or twitter.com i get an error: "Oops! Google Chrome could not connect to http://www.youtube.com

Try reloading: www.­youtube.­com"
i used IE , chrome , firefox nothing!
but when i use "anonymouse.org" i can open youtube/twitter just fine
help please.
im using a vaio F (i7 2650QM GT 540M)
and also i can open youtube/twitter on my android (SGS 2) just fine :/
