I don't get a Facebook lookback video, only pictures?

to those people who deleted their look back videos ... follow the instructions here ..
a while a go .. i was just having the same problem as you guys have ..

i recovered it by following the steps ...

Step 1: Type/Copy chrome://view-http-cache on your Google Chrome Address/URL bar and press Enter.

Step 2: Now you will see a lot of links appearing on the page now press CTRL+F that will open the search box and type/copy lookback on your search box and press Enter.
Step 3:Now look for the link that look similar with https://lookbackvideo7-a.akamaihd.net and there will be a .mp4?

or press ... ctrl+F then find ...

then click the link ..

Step 3: 4. After you clicked the link, you will see on your window a bunch of text with white background. Ignore that. LOOK AT YOUR ADDRESS/URL BAR. You should be able to see something likechrome://view-http-cache/https://lookbackvideo7-a.akamaihd.net a long text. In the long string of url, DELETE THIS PART: chrome://view-http-cache/ then press enter.

Step 4: Download video and upload. Enjoy

If I do not have the Goggle Chrome web browser, yet I have Internet Explorer, could I follow the instructions listed to retrieve my video the same way with the Google Chrome cache link? @Bebe Mon

Good news guys ,, it is working again ,, thank you all for your support ,, you can edit it as well and chose what pics you wana to be there ,, I delted it once by mistake ,, and now it is there ,, YESSS

Send a message to mark, asking why yours does not work, so I did and they fix it.

Same thing happened to me , i had pictures only. I deactivated my account for about 2 hours. Logged back in. Went to https://www.facebook.com/lookback/ and my video was there , and i could edit it and share all at once Good luck.

Mine disappeared to after I accidenly deleted it a few days ago but just now I clicked on lookback on a friends video it came back plus you can edit it now if you want yes I was shocked but Facebook must of heard the complaints hope this helps

I have the same problem, but now mine is working. I receive a notification from Facebook and said that i can edit the picture in my lookback movie..

If you aren’t seeing A Look Back movie when you visit facebook.com/lookback, it may be because you have not shared very many things on Facebook. Depending on how long you’ve been on Facebook and how much you’ve shared, you’ll see a movie, a collection of photos or a thank you card.
