How do you see a video someone tagged you in if you unfriend them?

If they have privacy settings which only let friends see their videos on fb, how do you see ones they have that you are tagged in if you're no longer Facebook friends?

If you are tagged in them, you should be able to access them in your "photos" section, which includes videos. The "tagging" overrides the "sharing" so to speak. It is possible, on the other hand, that the friend un-tagged you.

Depends On What the Privacy Setting is Set to if its Set to Friends Only you May Not Be Able to See it Look At There Videos Which Should Be Under the Photos Section If its Not In There Check your Photos Section if Its Not There Either Than you May Not Be Able to See it Due to Privacy Settings of the Video
