Someone blocked me on Instagram?

There was this famous girl on Instagram and she posted funny relatable quotes. I never liked them or commented. I think I commented once saying she was so pretty and she responded and spammed me with likes. And then like 3 months later I haven't seen her photos in a while. I couldn't search her and someone one else tagged her name and I noticed that I can't follow her or see her photos. When I try to follow her it goes back to blue and it says no photos yet. Is it a glitch or am I really blocked?
