they send it to your email/mobile number assuming you didnt break the rules like creating more than one account

Yot will not get a code while you reseting you password.To change your password go to settings->general->password,There you can see three boxes,in first box type your old password(current password).Then type your new password in two boxes(2nd&3rd boxes).click on save.
That's all..simple..you will not get a code while doing it..
