Why's no one seeing my Facebook posts?

I just paid a lot of money in FB advertising to reach 700 fans. Now all of the posts that I post are only on average reaching about 5-10 ppl it says, which means only about 2 ppl see it, out of 700! They are high quality posts too with cute pictures and funny sayings, so what's going on, is there a reason for this or did I just waste about $200 on ppl I can't even reach?

Tips for more audience:
1) Exact time when your friends are available.
2) Need to watch the content with relevant pics and links so that it must be attractive.
3) If it is related to your specific friends so kindly tag them
4) Proper source of information and Questionnaires are highly appreciable.
5) Known people must be in your profile will help you more for likes and shares.
6) Generate events and groups so that their visit must be twice or thrice a day.

Be careful of the time when you post things. You can't expect many people to see it if you create a post in the middle of the night when most of them are sleeping.
8 am - 10 am, and 5 pm - 10 pm, that's the best time for posting things.
