So I know there's Instagram Twitter and Facebook and I know twitter is more popular but do you think there's gonna be a new social Website that's gonna beat twitter?

Actually, Facebook is most popular by far. Then the strongest are Twitter, as you mentioned, Google +, LinkedIn, or maybe Pinterest, which is growing fast. Also, russian Vkontakte is worth mentioning, it is very popular there and also China has its own version of facebook, I dont know its name, but it has hundreds of million users now...
And there are a LOT more social websites in the world with under 20 million users, but that sites are either local ones or they are for people with some common interests
It is hard to tell if Facebook or Twitter would fall down soon like MySpace did.. One may never know for sure what will happen in future..
