how can i change the facebook group privacy from secret to close?

i have a group on facebook it have a lot of problems, its privacy is not change . Can you have any idea about its recovery.
i know this process but i not find the open and close options in edit setting.

Click on the Wheel Than Click on Edit Group Settings From There you Should Be Able To Change the Privacy Setting From Secret to Close

Go to your group home, click on group settings, click on account settings and select privacy.
There you can change the privacy to open, closed or secret.
