DOES ANYONE KNOW THE EMAIL TO INSTAGRAM SO I CAN CONTACT THEM!!?

I'm very angry right now, because Instagram won't let me log into my account and is claiming that I forgot my password to my account. But they logged me out an when I tried to log back in THEY GAVE ME A LITTLE MESSAGE SAYING THAT I HAD TO TAP THE "Forgot password." Button and when I did it stated that my account wasn't connected to Facebook, but it was AND that My email wasn't connected to it EITHER!! AND IT WAS ! PLEASE SOMEINE HELP CAUSE I DONT KNOW WHATS GOING ON!! PLEASE TELL ME A WAY I CAN CONTACT THEM BY EMAIL !! OR A WAY THAT I CAN RESTORE MY ACCOUNT.

There appears to be no way to contact Instagram by email but their support pages do offer this advice:

"If the password reset system does not recognize your email address, you either registered with a different email, or you mistyped your email when registering.

Try the following:

- Search for any other email address you may've registered with
- Reset your password through Facebook verification

Unfortunately, if you can't access the email account you registered with, and you didn't connect your Instagram account to Facebook, we are unable to release the account to you."
