Someone has hacked my Facebook account?

I am really not happy with Facebook I tried to contact them it's impossible
Someone has hacked my Facebook but as I see they don't really care?

First of all if you can still access your Facebook change your password immediately, then click on settings and click security, click on active sessions and end any that you don't recognise. If you have the same password for your email or anything else change that too.

Tell your friends and tell them to let you know if they see anything.

I'd personally cancel my account and set up a new one, after Facebook gets back to you.

If your Facebook account is hacked, then who ever hacked it must have hacked your email too. One way to hack a Facebook account is to hack they're email account. Usually a person who knows you and won't find it any difficult guess the security question to reset your password for your email account or just guessed your password. Then went to your Facebook and resetted the Facebook password. If you can still access your email, then change your security question to a harder one and change your password. Go to your Facebook and forgot password option should send a email to your email and then reset from there.
