FaceBook Timeline Problems?

It has been 7 full days since I installed the new program and all I'm getting is a white page with a list. I have no news feed, no messages, no chat for an entire week! I am so furious and hurt! I feel as if I am going through a divorce! I am completely disconnected from all of my friends! Help! I've tried to contact facebook and only receive "cookie cutter" emails. Obviously, the emails are not even read! I am so upset! I'm sick over this because I have a career and am a busy person so I don't have the hours to devote to fixing this issue!
I called facebook and it is a recording to email and I've emailed every day since the problem! Help!
