it can be done using photoshop but u need to work on it carefully.(use magnetic lasoo tool) and then use extract option to cut the spaces left behind...
By the way nice pic

The photo is really poor quality, it's not worth editing.

to start with find someone with a proper camera, not a phone. And retake the shot.
