It's easy to earn followers. If you keep following celebrities then random people will follow you.

I only have a few followers but I don't actively pursue people (I think I could get more followers if I really wanted to...I just choose not to). I think the trick to Twitter is to tweet (don't tweet junk just to tweet though, be sincere) as much as you can. With the followers I have, they have hundreds of people following them because they tweet very often. The more you tweet, the more followers you get. See what people are talking about and reply to tweets. Also if you love the Jonas Brothers, they have an app in the app store. Ask on there and people might follow you. It's also nice to just have fans to talk to even if you don't get followers. However, if you happen to use the app (for talking or gaining followers) do not be a teenybopper fan. We at the Jonas Brothers app do not like that type. This means do not hate on Blanda or anything like that. Maybe you knew that already but just warning you. Actually I would say don't be a teenybopper even if you don't use the app. Be fun but be respectful and you have more chances of gaining followers.

I can't find you on there. I'm not all that into Twitter and I'm pretty sure I'm technically a good deal older than you (technically because I swear I am trans aged) but you can have me as a follower if you would like: @dolphinspuppies

Post a tweet that says something like this:

Reetweet for an account rate! Must be following. I follow back!
------------------------------------------------------------
And then go to the people's profile and make sure they're following you and rate their account out of 10.
This works for me and a lot of other people.
Once I got 43 retweets. That meant 43 new followers.

You can also do those follow trains but those are kinda annoying and nobody really does them anymore.

Or just simply follow people and ask for a follow back.
