How do I Contact My Friend?

I used to live next door to my Best Friend. She then moved to Georgia because she is in a military family. We kept in touch and texted and emailed. She then moved to California. I was still texting her. Then my phone broke and the phone company could not copy over my contacts. I have tried everything to find her number. I cannot find her cell number anywhere, their home phone number has changed but whitepages.com has not changed it, they don't go on facebook much so they have not friended or messaged me back, and I have received no responses from emails. She was a very important friend in my life and I want to get her back. Please give me any suggestions.
