I think my boyfriend lied to me?

We broke up not too long ago and then got back together two months later. During the time we were broken up he dated another girl for about two weeks and then broke up with her. I was at his house and I couldn't remember the name of a website that we had went on recently so I decided to go to his laptop's history to find the website. When I looked through the history I saw that he had visited his ex girlfriend's Facebook profile many times that month and it striked me as odd especially because he told me he no longer talked to her or even had feelings for her and only dated her to try to get over me. Well when I brought it up to him he acted like he didn't know what I was talking about so I told him to go look in the history and see for himself so he did but I wasn't watching what he was doing right away but I heard some typing and clicking and then I looked. He started scrolling through all of this history and all of the same history was there as before EXCEPT for everywhere it said he visited her profile. Right away I was confused and then accused him of deleting it because I had just seen it only minutes before and now it was gone. I remembered the specific dates of the month that had said he viewed her profile and all the history of her profile was no longer showing up under any of those dates. I tried to get him to tell me the truth but he just kept telling me he didn't delete anything and didn't know what I was talking about. He seemed very sincere and even looked me straight in the eye but also got very angry at me for not believing him... I'm so confused!!! Because all the other history is there just not the history of her Facebook profile... Does this seem like he is lying? I'm more concerned about him lying then him looking at her profile.

of course he lied to u because he doesn't want to be a victim and apologized to u. People can lie even though they are LOOKING straight in to your eyes. here the video from ted talk. you should watch and learn from it.
