Check and See if There Are Any Updates Available For Instagram if There is Any Install them As That may Correct the Problem if Not Try Signing Out and Back in And See if That Deletes it if This Still Does Not Fix the Problem Than Please Contact Instagram and Report the Problem To Them

Check for updates for instagram. Signing out and in again to see if that helps, if not report it to instagram.
