Depends. Do you mean cheats, as in, programmed into the game? Or do you mean hacks, as in, messing with the game in a way that it wasn't really meant to be messed with?
If it's cheats, then you should be fine.
If it's hacks, then i wouldn't try. You may be able to log in for awhile, but if facebook catches you, they might suspend/confiscate your account.
