Itunes problem please help!!!!!!!!?

Hey guys, when i lived in America i bought an iPod touch (i dont remember if it was 3 or 4) so when i bought the place where i got it from gave me a 20$ gift card (they were have a sale) so i got home and i started buying a couple games. the game that i bought was Plague Inc. Really fun, so then i saw that they had an update where they added zombies, but of course you had to pay 1$. but when i looked how much i had i saw that there were only 0.74$ on my account. I didnt buy a new gift card cuz we were going back to Russia the otherday (im russian btw) . So when we got here i forgot about the games cuz i was using my iPod for facebook and twitter. but now im sitting here playing plague inc. i got borred of the normal version so i want the zombies one but i have not enough money. So im thinking easy, i go and pay it. We have these like machines where you put money in theme and you select where the money goes like on your phone and bla bla bla. So i want to go and then i remember, we dont have dollars here, we pay in rubles (1 dollar is about 32 rubles) So i get on my account and change my setting, well i change my place where i live, but here i encounter another problem, i cant change it cuz iTunes is dumb and cant transalete the dollars into rubbles and it says me that i have to spend them. I only have 0.74$ on my account and i cant spend all of them, i cant find anything that is 0.74$ can i somehow delete them or something? can someone help me please? Thanks

When you will put rubles on your account it will automatically be converted into dollars. So no worries there. I hope this answers your question.

On how to change the settings; I dont have a clue. Someone else will have to answer that for you
