So i was friends with this guy, Daniel. and we always fought...and honestly, it was always his fault. One time he was comparing me to our other friend and how she was better, and i ended up apologising. I apologized all the time and eventually i ended our friendship.

It has been weeks, maybe even months since we have spoken and just now he sent me a friend request on facebook and i think he may want to start fresh.

I don't think i can, he knew i started having feelings towards him and he rubbed it in my face. I had forgotten about him, he never even passed my mind until now.

Please, what do i do. I always forgive people and get hurt.

Forgive him. Thats is up to you. But do not let this guy in your life. I know people like this. They let their ego control their thoughts. I've been an abuser before so I know how he thinks. There are plenty of friends out their, you do not need old ones that try to hurt.

dont accept now , accept it after some time first correctly analyse the situation by means of other who know him , if u didnt find any information about the situation , accept his friend request chat with him but dont make the relationship deep unless you are sure
