I received a message on 12/21 that my account had been restored. It is not restored.?

I still have none of my previous messages from before 12/12. I still do not have any messages in the folders I created. I don't want to move any of the new messages to a created folder as they may be lost when (if) I ever receive my previous messages in the in / sent / and created folders. I too called the 800#, after being on hold for almost 40 minutes, I was switched to a directory, made a selection and then received a busy signal. Please restore my messages.

If you received a message saying your account was restored but you don't find any of your missing emails then they are probably not recoverable.
