Help with my YouTube Channel?
OK here's all the details: I opened this channel fro fun in 2007 and I never used it until like a month ago and started uploading gaming videos which are getting decent views but I thought by now I would get more since I upload with my friends around 5-6 videos a week.

We use a lot of advertising on Facebook and Twitter, we use professional editing, I bought things to make my videos as fast as they could, but this guy I know is beating me and he started way after me?

Anyway I can catch up, I already to the tags, title and description thing and I don't want to open a website or write in forums I just want a solid and easy way to get more views as long as it's worth it.

Thanks Smile

always remember to get your viewers to like the video. it puts the video up higher on "most liked"
and just make your video's long Smile but not too long. average video - 3-5 mins Smile

Getting views on youtube is all about making an IMPRESSION...
1. In the search results you want the user to click on your video instead of anyone elses! this is the first and most important step to 'lure' them into content (the small details make the difference, you can do this by:
-Proffessional thumbnail that stands out and is relevant
-all the title, tags and description stuff you know
- VIDEO RESPONSE, upload your video as a respone to a relevant video from a big youtuber so people who watch their videos will come across yours
2.Once theyve clicked on your video you need to keep them there! This is where your editing and professional graphics come in, you need a good looking intro and videos should look good. You need content that keeps them emmersed in your video.
3. Capture them into your army of subscriber minions! Its no good if they watch your video then never think about your channel again! YOU want EVERY viewer to click that subscribe button and want to see more. In the video keep encouraging them to like as it really helps you out or comment, this will not only promote your video but will also get them involved, dont try and force them and put them off though.
4.Presentation. From the moment then click your video, you need to get your name stuck in their head. You need a unique 'brand' that they will remember. You need your intro to look good so they immediatetly know who you are. Then just as theyve finished watching if they havnt already subscribed, you need to make a last effort with the outro. Make a memorable outro with links to other videos and your channel.
5.Your Channel. Your channel is extremely important as its home to all your content, so must represent you. Add twitter and facebook links to get them to stat connected, put these at the top if you have a custom banner, also put a featured video in the banner so you can use it to generate views and keep each subscriber watching your content
