Samsung Galaxy S4 video problems?

Videos on my GS4 aren't working, like Facebook it says the video cannot be played and YouTube it says connection to server failed. I've had this problem before but I forgot what I did to fix it.

you could reset your browser, or if your dealing with apps, clear the app data first, resign in, then try again.

if this doesnt work try resetting your network.

if not, call the phone company or your phone provider
