Not at all, but you can only run iTunes on Apple devices. But Google has also apps in Apple's appstore.

What do you mean by affected? In what way? You won't be able to use an iTunes account with an android product and you won't be able to use google play with an Apple product and I don't know how Facebook even comes into this equation. If you try to use them to together on the same software it can be done to only a certain extent and even then you will be doing work arounds or using them in an awkward way... Apple like you to use their products only, they are renowned for it.
