I can't connect Sims Freeplay to Facebook on my phone?

I have an Android HTC Evo 4G (not sure if that matters at all), but I'm really far on Sims Freeplay, but I'll be switching companies soon and I don't want to start completely over with the game. I've logged out of Facebook and back in on my phone, but the game just shuts down before it logs in. I can't do the cloud either. Any other ways I could try to do this?

I always play but maybe try closing completely out of the tab then on again and log into Facebook through Safari or Internet but close all tabs and shut completely off then back on then do the steps it has helped me
