Yaa, It's very easy. Just go to facebook.com and you'll see Signup word there. Fill the necessary things in blank spaces. Then Click SignUp button. Now check your mail box and there'll be a mail from FaceBook. Open it and confirm your new account by clicking the link. Then log in to your account by entering your Email And Password and edit it.
