What should I spend my money on?

So I've been saving up my money for a few months now..after the holidays and my birthday which is tomorrow, I've come close to $500. I have a few ideas but I'm not sure what to buy. Which do you think would be most efficient to spend on?

-new ugg boots (mine are pretty old and I've been wanting new ones for a while)
-new clothes in general (I love shopping)
-an iPad mini
-black doc martens

Do you guys have any other ideas? I love to shop and I have pretty good style..let me know what I should buy! (I'm not planning on spending more then $300).

I brought an ipad mini a few months ago and LOVE it. it's so handy and useful for fashion, music and videos. I can't live without it now.

Maybe spend it on a few special items of clothing, i like smaller stores like these :
