Does anyone else have the new Facebook homepage and IM? Or is it just me? D:?

So i went on Facebook yesterday, and the whole homepage was changed. Like it still has the news feed and everything, but on the right-hand side, right above where it says Sponsored with the advertisements, there's like... almost another news feed. Like it says what my friends do. Like when one of them updates their status. it says their name, then their status. Or when they comment on something, it says Lalala commented on their status "kjhgfcfv". You know what i mean? It's like an updated news feed or something. But the news feed is still in the center like it should be. There's just another one on the side?
And for the IM, when i click on where it says like "50 online" or something, i'll click it, and instead of all the people that are online list popping up, it makes me type in a name or a letter. and then the names of my friends will come up and if their online it'll have the lil green dot like usual, but it will still show the ones that aren't online. Is it just me? Cause none of my friends have this, and my brother doesn't. So what's going on? D:

My sister's facebook is like that too..she just reached the 5000 friends limit..so i thought it was because of that ..?
but i think the same as above^^^
