£700 stolen, threw Facebook ad!?
Stupid seller on facebook, selling PS4 bundle for £700. Which i was gona surprise bf with for a Christmas pressie. I paid him threw Paypal first obv, but he said he was going to refund me that money, and he asked me if i could do a bank transfer, as he needed the money asap for a car the nxt day. So me, making a big mistake, i did do a bank transfer.

But this seller kept in touch with me for about a month after i 'bought' this item, so he did seem genuine . He said the courier messed up though, and said it wasnt tracked, he said the courier guy didnt have my addy on the parcel, only the retruners addy. so he had to collect it from depo and offered to give me a full refund bk. so i said ok but just to refund me thru paypal, so i didnt have to give out card details.

This was all at the end of Dec this was happening. It wasn't till the begining of this week i noticed this so-called seller had took down their Facebook page. and their mobile number just goes straight to voicemail. And i have no replies from their email. So now im crapping myself. I have called paypal, but they told me they cant do anything about it since i didnt pay threw them, i've spoken to bank they told me they cant do anything, they said if it was a credit card i'd be insured.but it was a debit card. So now i've the police involved! They've just left but now they've told me, doesnt look god because it says on my paypal account failed transfer, so it looks as if he HAS tried to transfer it, but tis failed somehow. so i just have to contact him (f*ck knows how tho??) and warn him its not went through.

Wot the heck am i supposed to do now?? Also, when i was calling paypal today, they said to maybe file a indemnity claim with my bank? Would i be able to do that?

OH, and also how would you contact Facebook about this?? When you go to Report a Violation of the Facebook Terms, it doesn't list anything related to my case...

My account is hacked;
Someone is pretending to be me;
Someone is using my email address for their Facebook account;
Someone is using my photos or my child's photos without my permission;
Something on Facebook violates my rights;
I found an underage child on Facebook;
Other abuse or harrassment.

Would u click any of these?
