First, take your phone's USB/charger thingy and plug it into your computer. If you can't do that, you can't do anything further.

Then, transfer the photos from there onto the computer, and then attach them into emails on Yahoo or upload it to your Yahoo Profile here http://profile.yahoo.com

That was assuming you have a non-fancy-schmancy phone.. if you have an iPhone, you could put the pictures on an Instagram or Facebook and then go on a computer and upload them onto Yahoo or something.
