Facebook account down !! Help !!?

When I open my facebook account there comes an advertisement page of facebook.I can only enter my settings change password or user e-mail (I've done 2 of these no change).What is this s*** what can I do ?

It's hard to say exactly what may be the problem. Are you trying to connect to the secure server?
That's the one that begins https
Notice the S at the end.
So maybe you can log on at https://www.facebook.com/
