How do I like pages on Facebook after I've already hit the limit -and- unliked pages?

I've liked 5000 pages and then it tells me "Individual Facebook members can connect to a maximum of 5000 friends and Pages. To do this action, you'll need to remove a friend or unlike a Page you're already connected to."
So, I unlike a few pages, but it still doesn't work and gives me the same message. It lets me add new people, but not like new pages. And I haven't added enough people to put it back at the limit.
Does anybody know what to do, or am I unable to like pages forever now?

You may be using apps that make you like pages automatically.

You should wait a while, if it doesn't work contact Facebook.
