1) You should ask if everything is okay but in a serious why like; we haven't talked in a while, is everything okay? I miss those days.
2)Don't give her your number, that would seem needy.
3) if you don't get a reply from number 1) (above) in a few days, ask her why she's ignoring you.
4) yes, you should.

keep in mind that she's older than you and she may think that you want to date her, yet you dont want to and that she's a mother now, she may be busy.

this isnt me trying to be mean but trying to give you an honest opinion. sounds like you are 16 and she is 19 with a child and the two of you are far apart. this girl talked to you to be nice.. she is an adult with a child and you are a child. she probably stopped talking to you so you didnt get attached to her. i know it sounds crazy but she is not talking to you to protect you. unfortunatly your timing is just not right, chalk this up to you met a good friend someone you shared alittle with and someone you enjoyed talking to. take from this experience that you had and learn from it..by the way, she may not have had a bf when you met her but she probably does by now.. she didnt owe you anything you were just her friend. send her a message that you enjoyed talking to her and that you have a girlfriend now and could use some dating advice you hope all is well with her and her son..you just might get a response
