Yes, it is possible, but not directly on Facebook. There are multiple ways for a hacker to get an user's account and password on not only Facebook but any other sites. All of these ways require the help of the victim themselves, and all are illegal. Some common methods are:
- Using a website with similar interface as Facebook, and trick the victims into login to the fake site with their account details; or
- Using a virus/trojan to steal information saved on the victims' computers, and then send those info to the hacker; or
- Using a keygen to record the victims' keyboard (and mouse) activity, from which the detail of the victims' accounts can be extracted.
If you are the victims, remember that you can always prevent yourself from being stealing by installing an antivirus program, avoiding any suspicious websites, double checking the URL, and don't download any files that you are not sure about their contents.
If you are the hackers, let me remind you that stealing other people's account details are illegal, and you will have to face the consequence of breaking the law one day.
