why can I not retweet certain people on twitter?
There profile is not on private. They're usually famous accounts. After someone retweets it and it shows up on my feed, I try to retweet it but it says I can't. I go to their profile to retweet it and sometimes i'm able to retweet it then, but sometimes I'm not. I can only quote it. This gets very annoying. Someone help!

Some users block retweet. So in this case copy/paste the tweet, put an RT before
