Can I approve posts on my facebook timeline before they're visable by friends?

For past myspace users, do you remember that there was an option that you could review your comments before they were made public on your page? I've been going through my facebook settings trying to figure out if that's a possibility but I'm having no luck. Is it possible? And how so?

I know you can approve tags, so it would be nice if I could I see posts on my timeline before others do.

no, there is no option for that - the closest thing to it is to prevent everyone from creating new posts on your timeline entirely, then they can only leave comments on posts you make yourself, giving you complete control over the privacy of the posts
