Facebook profile pic. Help?

with Facebook's new update with cover photo & all that. I need to know what i need to size my profile picture to. EX. ---> 100x50 or something like that so i can use my re sizer to re size it. & thiss is for the new profile pic. size its the new small box. thankks!

The new profile picture size for Facebook are: 160px width and 160px height.
You can re-size your image to fit to these dimension.
