That could get you quite a decent computer.

I'm getting a GTX 760 and FX-8320 for under that, so you should be able to get a GTX 770 or 780
and depends whether you want to go with an AMD or Intel rig.

The processor right now is the best bang for buck for the high end PC gamer, as is the graphics card. There's plenty of RAM, good quality power supply, a case which is great to build in and customize and an operating system which won't drive you nuts if you don't have a touchscreen!
