How can i ask this girl out ?

Hi everyone

wondering if someone can help me, there is a girl who caught my eye a little while ago who works in a shop down in the town where i live, she was really cute and i would like to speak to her again or give her my number,

should i go into where she works and strike up a conversation? I have her facebook too but it would essentially be adding her out of the blue (she is a distant friend of a friend who she wouldnt know)

There is an event she would like to go to aswell, im not sure if i should ask her if she wants to attend it with me(again this would be out of the blue) because i read on her facebook wall she would like to go

i really need help with this if anyone can! can you suggest something to try if going to see her isnt good?

You shouldn't ask her out IN the store because she's working and might not give you favorable answer even if she is interested. When we work, our mentality is different.

But you actually have an advantage because she works in the store. You should go to the store and buy something (only if necessary) and start talking to her. Ask her if she knows your friend and what not. If you come visit the store once in a while, she will start getting fond of you.

Finally when you feel like things are good, add her on facebook and start a conversation (message). And then after a while ask her something like this: I saw your post about the event, I was also planning to go. And then ask her if she's interested.

Oh here's another advice, don't go start liking all her pictures right after she accepts your friend request. Only like or comment on pictures that she adds AFTER you add her. Or she might find it creepy.
