When you share do all of your friends see? When you click on share, do you always have the option to share with certain people? Or when you click share, it just shares it with everybody your friends with?

Yes it shares with all of your friends but you can manually adjust these settings in privacy settings

When you Share it you Have the Option to Set it So That Who Ever you Dont Want to See it Cant See it And For Every Thing you Share That Option Will Show And Will Apply
