i forgot my facebook password and got logged out!!?

I dont kno my email password the accounts under, nor do i know the security question!! i lost everything i had on facebook i had certain things saved for a reason. can someone help?!

If you forgot everything there is no chance for recovery. Either spend some time trying to remember or create another account.

If you call the customer service line for Facebook, they will ask you several identity questions that only you should know. They will be able to do a password reset and switch your email. Ignore KAMRAN unless you want your account to be stolen for good ha.

Since you Dont Know your Email Account Information your Gonna Have to Some How Recover your Email Account See if you Can Hit Forgot Password On your Email And See if you Can Go through the Recovery Process Once you Can Access your Email Again

Hit Forgot Password Put in your Email Address Than Check your Email you Will Get a Message From Facebook With a Password Reset link Click on the Link Inside the Email
