Social Media / Marketing / Interaction?
I am Customer Service Manager and I want to interact on social media sites with our Customers. My boss loves the idea but doing it is a bit tricky. There are a few showstoppers. Marketing won't let me to a thing on Facebook Pages (as I am sure they worry I will have more fans). On Facebook itself it is risky to do a social profile for business. I think not allowed and I can't risk to be blocked as it could implicate my company. I also want to do a profile on XING, LinkedIn, Google Plus and twitter. I think those are no problem? I want to chat, message, twitter with Customers, frequent interaction, share some interesting (really interesting) news so any help would be very much appreciated. How can I link those profiles? Thank you very much!
