facebook profile banner question . not showing ?

my facebook was working as i had wanted it to , ( well somewhat ) up until friday night where i had changed settings , so that only I could veiw my photo albums , but friends and others on facebook could see my profile pictures album and thats all. well I had been trying to change it back to how i had it , changed my albums back to `everyone `and changed my privacy settings back, but people can STILL only see my profile pictures ? I want people to be able to see my tagged photos banner at the top of my profile, and yes , the pictures are tagged that i want people to see and the album set to everyone, yet its not working. someone please help !
like i clearly said, yes they are tagged and set to everyone.

You can't, unless you tag yourself in your own images. The new "facebook banner" strip is meant to display tagged photos, so tag yourself in your own images if you want it to display those.

Problem is that if you upload or share new photos in Facebook that photos come first. So you have to again get your previous Banner.

The app your using. isn't working. Install a facebook banner from http://www.glbanners.com and it should work.
