how to enable Group Chat on facebook?

I disabled it and now i want to re-enable it again but I can't find the enabler button on the new facebook in the groups

Once u log in to that group , u can see an option "chat to group" on the top right hand side.

its impossible to have group chat option if ur group members numbers exceed 250 !!!!!

Browse through the "Recently Popular," "Most Users" and "Newest" tabs at the top of the list, or the various categories in the right column. This will help you find the applications you are looking for.

Click on the application you'd like to add. A screen telling you what the application entails will appear. Click "Add Application" on the right side of the screen. The application will appear in your list in the left column.
