dish network change controlle to tv2 from tv1?

I have one TV. Control 1 is currently the control changing the channels but I want to have control 2 do it. I want to watch was going on on TV2 on my TV. How do I get my tv to display whats going on on tv2?

I understand that currently you only have one television but it is connected to a DISH receiver that is dual (has the capacity to control 2 Tv's) You would like to watch what is being made available to Tv 2 although you do not have a TV 2 connected.
